Who we are
CloudFixies is a boutique consultancy. Contact: hello@thecloudfixies.com. We are the data controller for personal data submitted through this website.
What we collect
Only what you send us through the contact form: name, company, email, phone (optional), topic, and message. We also record the submission timestamp, IP address and browser user-agent for anti-abuse.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to send you related project communications. Nothing else.
Where it lives
Contact-form submissions arrive as email to a mailbox we control. We do not sync them to a CRM without asking you first. We do not sell, rent or share this data.
Cookies & analytics
This site sets a single first-party preference (your chosen light/dark theme) in local storage. No third-party analytics, no marketing pixels, no cross-site tracking.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete anything we hold about you. Write to hello@thecloudfixies.com and we will reply within 30 days. If we cannot resolve it, you can complain to your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO).
Retention
We keep enquiry emails for two years, then delete them. If we sign a contract, project data is retained per the contract terms.
